WordPress Developer in Synapse Team

Synapse Team is looking for a WordPress Developer.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in WordPress websites development (PHP/HTML/JS/CSS);

• Strong knowledge of vanilla PHP 5/7/8;

• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JS, and SCSS;

• Proficient with responsive and cross-browser (media query, mobile-first, server-side responsive);

• Experienced in plugin development and plugin editing/extending functional;

• Proficient with ACF, Gutenberg;

• Experienced in jQuery and Ajax;

• Experienced in Custom Post Types, ShortCodes;

• Experienced with multilingual websites (WPML, Polylang, Loco Translate);

• Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce integrations;

• Experience with builders like Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, etc;

• Strong understanding of front end (semantic HTML, BEM methodology, etc);

• Experienced with Figma, AdobeXD;

• Excellent with WordPress CMS and related technologies including experience with building and deploying websites to production from scratch;

• Experience in writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code;

Skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in a similar position in an IT company (commercial experience);

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Ukrainian, English B1);

• At least 2 years of proven development experience in WordPress, including PHP;

• Experience with GitHub/GitLab/BitBucket etc;

• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, etc), including basic knowledge of SQL;
