KEY TASKS

Gathering community needs: interacting with communities to determine their winter needs. May include conducting surveys or meetings with community representatives.

Data processing: analysis and systematization of information about the needs of each community for further planning.

Planning the distribution of sets: based on the collected data, the development of a plan for the distribution of winter sets. Identification of communities and supply logistics.

Distribution: organization of aid distribution process.

Completing reports: keeping documentation on the work done, filling out reports for the internal needs of the organization or donors.
