Our ideal candidate has knowledge and successful experience:

• Higher technical education.

• Certification in the field of system administration (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), CompTIA Server+, other relevant certifications).

• 5 years of experience in administration, in particular on the Windows platform.

• Experience in installing, configuring and supporting ERP systems, using various modules and integrations.

• Knowledge of working with databases, in particular Microsoft SQL Server.

• Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, group policies and other infrastructure components.

• Ability to install, configure and maintain various components of ERP systems (servers, client applications, integrations).

• Knowledge of system performance monitoring and optimization.

• Ability to clearly explain complex topicstechnical concepts for users with different levels of technical training.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of IT security principles, including data leakage protection and other important aspects.

• Experience with data backup and disaster recovery.

• Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions.

• Initiative in identifying opportunities to improve processes and infrastructure.

• Willingness to constantly improve their skills and knowledge in the field of ERP systems and technical support.

We have the following vision for the responsibilities of the position:

• Configuring and managing the ERP system:

installation, configuration and maintenance of ERP software on server and client machines; 

configuration of user roles, access and access rights to the system;

monitoring system operation, identifying and correcting problems.

• Server infrastructure administration:

management of Windows servers, configuration of Active Directory, management of group policies;

configuration and monitoring of databases used by the ERP system (for example, Microsoft SQL Server);

security and data backup.

• User technical support:

solving technical problems of users with the ERP system;

providing advice and support on the use of ERP functionality;

setup and support of ERP integration with other organization systems.

• Performance monitoring and optimization:

detection and correction of ERP system performance problems;

monitoring and analysis of the use of resources (processor, memory, disk space) of servers and databases.

• Ensuring data security and confidentiality:

configuration and monitoring of security measures for the ERP system;

implementation of measures to ensure privacy, identification and authentication of users.

• Update and Versioning: 

installing patches and updates for the ERP system and dependent components;

testing updates before their introduction into the production environment.

• Documentation and user training:

keeping technical documentation on system configuration and changes;

preparation and training for new users of the ERP system.
