Wind Development Analyst in HR Energy

Our Partner owns and operates a large portfolio exceeding half a gigawatt of renewable energy projects in Ukraine. The company focuses on efficient operations management of solar and wind power plants, development and construction of large wind projects, with an emphasis on sustainable development and reducing the impact of harmful emissions on the environment. The company is also considering new technologies, such as energy storages, and possibilities to sell electricity without feed-in tariff. We are looking for a motivated person who will be involved in information, operational and analytical support for the development of the Company's new wind power projects as a part of the Business Development team, as well as interacting with all departments of the company on a daily basis. Main Responsibilities: Oversee completion of environmental and engineering tasks Conduct due diligence of potential projects Assist with budgetary and financial modeling efforts Support tendering process Prepare presentations for senior management providing updates on projects in progress Manage the documents flow within business development department of the Company, including invoices and acts from contractors Take full responsibility for the contracts: conclusion, approval and support of contractual obligations with contractors; first contract's compliance check with the company's requirements Create payment requests, control payment/closure terms under the contracts Manage the documentation related to land securing (land rent, servitude agreements etc.) in terms of payments, internal approvals, collecting all related documentation Cooperate with all departments within the CompanyQualifications and professional experience:Higher education (Engineering or Economics)Systematic approach and attention to detailsInterest in renewables and wind energy in particularExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong drive, and the ability to take initiative and make decisionsUpper Intermediate English is a mustWe offer:Competitive salary and official employmentOpportunity for career growth in a leading renewable energy companyCooperation in a friendly atmosphere with a great professional team that implements ambitious energy projects and helps the country become truly energy independentParticipation in corporate trainings and English language coursesA good health insurance package thatwill be available after the probationary period (3 months)Workplace in a modern and innovative office in Kyiv If you are interested in learning more details about this position, please send your CV to [email protected] with the topic "Wind Development Analyst" and we will provide you with more detailed information about the role.
