Our goal is to provide customers with a high level of service and timely service. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a responsible and motivated employee in the Escort and Customs Clearance Department.

Main duties at the start:

  • Working with customer requests (phone, messengers, chat);

  • Working with custom requests conditions);

  • Supporting communication with customers regarding specific cars and stages of their design;

  • Paying expenses at auctions and drawing up a list of VIN codes for payment;

  • Working with internal CRM: setting tasks, monitoring execution, checking information;

  • Using the educational base and internal platform for work;

  • Communication between customers and internal departments.

  • Expansion of the area of responsibility and participation in the development of a new direction of the department;

  • Ability to propose creative solutions to improve processes.

  • Requirements for the candidate:

    • Proficiency in English will be an advantage;

    • Experience in the field of customer service - from 1 year;

    • Higher education in the field of management or customer service is an advantage;

    • Confident use of PC, Google, Excel, Docs, Telegram;

    • Flexibility, openness to change, creativity;

    • Orientation on results and a high level of service;

    • Independence in setting and controlling tasks;

    • Quick adaptation and readiness to learn new things.
