The Wholesale Coordinator will work with all functional areas including; Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Production, Purchasing, Planning/Forecasting, and Finance to ensure successful and efficient transactions pertaining to the everyday Wholesale business. The Wholesale Coordinator reports to the Director of Wholesale and interacts closely with all departments and at all levels.Responsibilities:Manages sales process work-flow to ensure purchase orders move effectively and efficiently through the entire transaction cycle. Maintain and update departmental procedures and documentation within Cheryl's organizational guidelines as put forth by Director of Wholesale. Communicates purchase order requirements through all stakeholders including but not limited to; Merchandising, Planning/Forecasting, Production, Purchasing, and Finance for all Wholesale business. The Wholesale business encompasses any prospect and/or customer including Inter-Company which meets the requirements of Cheryl's. Manages customer/prospect documentation (electronic/paper) including but not limited to; Account Set-Up, Vendor Agreements, Vendor Guidelines, Product Development Request, and Independent Sales Agency Agreements. Manage customer/prospect Vendor Portal’s as needed. Ensure proper inventories are on-hand and/or communicated to Planning and Production on a timely basis. Direct responsibility to work with Inter-Company Purchasing, Planning, and Shipping Teams to ensure all quotes are tracked/updated, Bill’s-Of-Materials match quotes, Purchase Orders are received as planned and that all Stakeholders are kept fully updated. Manage the Product Development Requests (PDR) process to ensure proper communication between Stakeholders while adhering to program requirements and timelines. Analyze customer charge-backs to ensure accuracy and validity. Work with Marketing to ensure the website provides clear messaging and ease of inquiry for prospective Wholesale customers. Coordinate and assist with printing, matching, and affixing carton labels during peak holiday season(s). Attend trade shows, company events, and sales calls as needed. Requirements:Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline; however, educational requirement may be substituted with relevant job experience.0 - 2 years of work experience with Customer Service/Account ManagementDetail oriented, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.PC proficient and posses a high level of Microsoft Excel knowledge and expertise.Good organization skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks.Positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
