Basic requirements:
Excellent communication skills, tact, emotional flexibility
Fluent Ukrainian and English B1)
Empathy as a value, stability, quick thinking
Self-organization, attentiveness, ability to work in multitasking
A confident PC user, especially Google Docs, Zoom, Excel
Experience in CRM will be an advantage
Higher psychological education is desirable
Absence of bad habits (especially smoking)
Duties:
Be a guide between customers and experts of the Employee Support Service:
Working with incoming/outgoing requests from Service users
Empathetic communication, organizational support of clients and experts
Roleempathy buddy(attentive listening, presence)
Reception of crisis calls - with a focus on empathy, support and transfer of the client to a specialist (not therapy)
Planning and organization of customer consultations
Following the terms of contracts
Evaluation of the quality of customer service
