Objects are located both in the Kyiv region and in other regions of Ukraine. The main responsibilities include: Requirements: 5th grade Tasks and responsibilities. Performs manual arc and semi-automatic welding of complex responsible devices, nodes and structures in all spatial positions of the weld. Must know: technological properties of welding metals and metal deposited by electrodes of different brands; selection of the technological sequence of seaming and welding modes; methods of control and testing of responsible welds; reading drawings of particularly complex welded spatial metal structures. Qualification requirements. Complete or basic general secondary education. Vocational and technical education. Certification training. The experience of working as an electric welder of manual welding of the 4th grade is not less than 1 year. 6th grade Tasks and responsibilities. Performs welding of particularly complex responsible devices, nodes and structures in all spatial positions of the weld. Set up and maintain welding equipment. Must know: weld and surface requirements; properties and significance of electrode coatings; the main types of inspection of welds; methods of selecting electrode brands depending on the steel brand; causes of internal stresses and deformations in welded products and measures to prevent them. Qualification requirements. Complete or basic general secondary education. Vocational and technical education. Certification training. Work experience as an electric welder of manual welding grade 5 for at least 1 year. Examples of work. Production of storage equipment (pharmaceutical and food industry); Boiler rooms, heating and heat supply; Industrial engineering. Pipelines.
