The scope of this role covers all three of the EcoCaters Markets, Los Angeles, San Diego and Washington, DC. There will be a focus on driving daily activity, tracking and accounting through KPI’s and proficient use of our internal softwares and CRM’s. The goal is to help drive exposure of our brand in the wedding industry, while increasing our lead generation and the proposal development and eventual sale of all wedding related leads. There will be a streamlined communication to the VP for updates and weekly calls for strategy, goal setting, forecasting and activity.This role will work in collaboration with the VP of Sales and Regional Sales manager for coaching and further personal, professional and financial growth to continue on the path of management development.It will take a self-motivated individual willing to dedicate additional time to support our sales quotas as related to our market and national goals. Our goal is to generate, based on a growing monthly quota, the revenue necessary to hit the assigned annual goal. Success of this role will be supported through helping the team in a variety of lead generating activities inclusive of but not limited to cold calling, networking events, linkedin, social media, lunches, and referrals from existing clients.
