What you will need to do:

< li>E-commerce project management, including website development. 
• Work organization and management of a small team of web developers and specialists. 
•  Interaction with internal teams to gather design and development requirements.
• Proactively identify and address process and product deficiencies.
• Lead the development of product iterations.

 Who we are looking for:

• Experience in web development or related project management.< /li>
• Frontend development skills to make adjustments to websites. 
• Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in this field. 
• High communication skills and self-motivation. 
• Proficiency in Trello, ChatGPT, Basecamp, FIGMA tools. 
• Knowledge of Russian or Romanian languages; 
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
• Experience in e-commerce and marketing.

Description of work tasks:

• Development and adaptation of designs, uploading new offers/ landings 
• Adaptation of texts and translations for different markets. 
• Regular work on integration, forms and website improvements.

Test task:< /p>

Create a visual structure (prototype) of a one-page landing page for the product by link adapted for mobile devices (width 480px). Landing should be focused on conversion and direct sales. Use Figma to create a prototype, including text and stubs for elements to be refined by the designer.
