We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for web design and development, a keen eye for detail and a desire to grow their skills within a supportive environment.

Requirements:

— 1-2 years of experience in  Webflow development;

—  Portfolio of web projects showcasing your skills and capabilities;

— Commercial experience with advanced Webflow features , including CMS, localizations, and integrations, particularly with Finsweet Attributes;

— Experience with Webflow integrations (e.g., Zapier, Google Analytics, etc.).

— Strong proficiency in  HTML/CSS and JavaScript ;

— Familiarity with responsive design principles and best practices;

— Understanding of SEO best practices and optimization techniques.

— Skills in web animations and dynamic visual effects;

— UI/UX design skills would be a major plus

Responsibilities:

— Develop and launch responsive, visually appealing websites using Webflow, and potentially other low-code platforms;

— Implementing the best practices of website speed optimization and SEO to improve its performance and visibility;

— Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to understand client needs and provide optimal solutions;

— Integrate third-party scripts, APIs, and Webflow-specific integrations to extend website functionality;

1. Pre-screening Interview with Recruiter up to 30-40 minutes;

2. Tech-Interview with Tech-Lead up to 1,5 hours;

3. HR Interview with HRd up to 40 minutes
