Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Bitget Mia Shen Mia Shen Crypto HRBP-Fintech/Crypto/Web3/ WE ARE HIRING🔥 Responsibilities:Manage our official social media accounts, including but not limited to Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, to increase the global reach of our platform on social mediaPost and oversee daily content to make sure every post aligns with branding requirementsCreate memes & viral campaigns to boost branding awarenessUse social media analytic tools or third-party tools to track the performance and target of the social media channel, and report it on a regular basisCoordinate the creation and execution of campaigns with all social media managers and work cross-functionally across broader cross-department teams to execute campaigns, driving excitement for key products & activities of Bitget and building brand awareness.Collaborate with the creative design team & video production team to develop innovative and authentic content (graphics, videos, animations), ensuring buy-in from internal stakeholders with timely execution & delivering consistent branding tones & messages throughout the campaignsIdentify and communicate trends and opportunities through a working knowledge of analytics, 3rd party research, digital trends, and past campaign data.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, ads or related degree.A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management with in-depth knowledge of Twitter and Linkedin.Demonstrated experience using social media management tools to monitor, report and engage (Twitter Analytics, Meltwater, Sprinklr, etc).Working knowledge of creating social media strategies, project management and executing paid social activations.Superior writing and creative skills, such as the ability to translate longer-form thought leadership into compelling, digestible, and brand-consistent social content that drives engagement.Passionate about emerging social media technologies and creating an innovative, resonating, and authentic brand experience.Previous experience as a social media manager in crypto exchange is preferredExperience within the crypto industry & enthusiasm about crypto is a must.Native in spoken and written English is a must Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язкиMarketing Branches Financial services
