Web3 Community Development Manager in INC4

We are looking for a proactive Web3 Community Development Manager to join our team. If you know the difference between Web2 and Web3, you have experience in Community Building and SMM and your are really passionate about crypto and blockchain — we are waiting for you!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture social media presence of the web3 gaming project.
• Regularly write content and engage with the community within primary Twitter & Telegram channels with further scaling to Discord.
• Use platforms like Zealy to create quests and interactive experiences.
• Provide creative ideas for community engagement strategies and tactics.
• Analyze social media metrics and community feedback to improve strategies.
• Collaborate with product development to align efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in community development or social media management.
• Understanding of crypto space.
• Proficiency with Twitter, Telegram & Discord.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills & B2+ Level of English.
• Creative skills and ability to generate ideas for community engagement.
• Analytical skills to track social media metrics, analyze them and provide reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with quest development platforms like Zealy will be a plus.
