Web Project Manager in 2ME AGENCY

Position description:

We are looking for a project manager to work on a project basis. Your main task is to manage projects for creating online stores and brand sites, product sites on the WordPress platform. We work with Elementor Pro, WooCommerce and Crocoblock. The position involves negotiating payment for each completed project.

Requirements:< /p>

1. Technical skills and knowledge:

• Experience with WordPress, Elementor Pro, WooCommerce and Crocoblock.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles will be a plus.
• SEO skills will be an advantage.

2. Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with WordPress.
• Project management experience in in the field of web development.

3. Project management methodologies:

• Knowledge and practical experience of working with the Kanban methodology.

4. Project management tools:

• Ability to work with Jira to manage tasks and projects.

5. Communication skills:

• High level of communication skills.
• Proactive in setting up meetings and gathering information for projects.
• Ability to estimate the time of tasks and coordinate deadlines.

6. Working conditions:

• Hybrid schedule.
• Payment per completed project, range from 250 up to $400 depending on the complexity and estimates.
• The possibility of receiving bonuses for the completion of projects on time, client satisfaction and budget savings.

7. Documentation and reporting: — Compilation of technical terms of reference. — Recording of basic videos on using certain elements of the admin panel interface. — Reports on time, tasks and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordination and control of project implementation.
• Setting meetings with clients to collect requirements and clarifications .
• Estimation of the time of tasks and coordination of deadlines.
• Quality control of the work performed and compliance with the client's requirements.
• Communication with the development team and designers.
• Carried outproject reporting.

Bonus system:

1. Bonus for completing the project on time: - The project is completed by the date specified in the project plan.

2. Customer Satisfaction Bonus: - The customer rates PM's work at least 4.0 on a scale of 1 to 5.

3. Budget savings bonus: - The project was completed without exceeding the planned budget.
