Web project assistant - Coordination and support (French B2+) in Mediveb

Project: Dentelo (France) – mobile application and dental material inventory management system
Remote work (position not in France) | Salary from 1,000 € / month

As part of a partnership with Dentelo.fr — a French digital solution for the management of stocks of dental materials — we are looking for a web project assistant to support the project on a daily basis.

The entire production team (developers, designers) are Ukrainians
The position is intended for candidates located in Ukraine or abroad (not in France)

You will be a key link and mediator between the French client and the Ukrainian technical team.

Your responsibilities

• Communication with management and the French client

• Processing requests support

• Execution of simple support tasks

• Transfer of technical tasks to developers and designers

• Control of task execution by the team

• Structure of project information

• Daily and weekly reports on completed tasks

• Participation in video conferences and preparation of meeting summaries

• Assistance in task assessment and planning

• Ensuring effective communication between France and Ukraine

Who we are looking for

• French language not below B2

• High organization

• Attention to details and responsibility

• Motivation and serious attitude to work

• Confident use of computer and online tools

• Interest in artificial intelligence and desire to apply it at work

• Independence and initiative

Will be a plus (but not mandatory)

• Experience of Asana, Jira, Trello

• Working with admin panels of sites or applications

• Experience of filling sites with content
