We’re currently expanding our Web & Content team in Kyiv and looking for an experienced Web Manager.

Are you experienced in overseeing website functionality, ensuring optimal performance, and managing all content updates and revisions? Are you a tech-savvy web manager who can combine creativity with a solution-oriented approach?

The Web & Content team, part of the Activation and Omnichannel Department in Marketing, manages the 3Shape web platforms on a day-to-day basis. We advise on and execute web and content solutions for our corporate website, 3Shape Community, Partner Portal, and Webshop, all running on Sitecore. In managing these platforms, we collaborate with business owners, project managers, marketing automation specialists, marketing managers, developers, and data analysts.

What you will do:

• Handle web requests (content, functionality, design) coming from the entire organization.
• Identify additional needs when there are any (that weren’t part of the initial brief).
• Manage the entire request workflow from planning to creating, testing, approval, monitoring and maintaining.
• Implement these website changes in and outside the CMS related to content, structure, URLs, technical integrations (asset management or marketing automation, for example).
• Advise on and set up basic personalization and content testing scenarios.
• Follow web best practices, monitor KPIs, create reports, and translate your findings into suggestions for improving your web platform.
• Maintain content, either upon request or upon own initiative when something is not performing well.
• Work with design and development teams to implement website changes and with other departmentsto integrate expert insights into content.
• Track performance, optimize content according to SEO standards and monitor its impact, adjusting strategies to improve visibility and engagement.

Your profile:

• You have an IT or business degree at Bachelor level.
• You are highly organized and pay attention to detail.
• You have worked with the technical side of web platforms (and maybe even Sitecore) before, potentially as a content editor or coordinator, and are ready to take on more responsibility.
• You possess outstanding stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• You have strong communication skills and business proficiency in English.
• You have knowledge of HTML, CSS and the methodologies behind UX, UI and SEO.
