Web-designer (UI/UX) in Phoenix Industry

Job description:

We have been developing and promoting powerful WEB projects, startups, services, and e-commerce projects for over 15 years. We have a great friendly team. We currently need: Web-designer (UI/UX)

Working conditions:

During wartime we work remotely Daily meetings are held to discuss tasks and of projects with PM and Team Lead.

Competencies:

• Sure knowledge of color theory, typography, composition.
• Experience creation of design for e-commerce, corporate sites, landing page services, services.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge and understanding of the design development process, as well as the ability to argue your solutions in front of the team and clients.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of UX frameworks for designing interfaces.
< li>Ability to work with design systems.
• Experience in developing complex design projects.
• Portfolio with implemented projects.

Salary is formed based on the results of the interview and depends on the level of knowledge and productivity. Earnings increase after a trial period (2 months).

We expect to see a Behance/Dribbble portfolio/Personal portfolio site in the job feedback. A plus to the portfolio will be a link to ONE project in figma to evaluate the work on the project (availability of UI kit, organization of layers, components, etc.).
