How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• improvement of existing and creation of new functionality for internal web products
• interaction with the team to ensure compliance of the product with business requirements and user needs
• conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analyzing the results and feedback, in order to ensure an understanding of user needs and product requirements
• holding workshops
• creating prototypes and conducting usability testing
• working with design system

Challenges for three months:
• familiarization with products, processes in the company
• adaptation in the team and collective
• independent performance of tasks in design
• formation of hypotheses for product improvement based on the collected insights

To achieve results, you will need:

• 2+ years of commercial design experience
• 1+ year of experience with web interfaces
• experience with Figma
• experience work in a cross-functional team
• experience in Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban)

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
