Web-designer in Lotus Fund

We are looking for a web designer to join the foundation's team, who will develop the website design.  We already have a site (lotus-fund.org), but we need to redesign some parts of the site and add new pages. Experience is not necessary, but very welcome. The entire team is young, with an average age of 23-24 years. It is very desirable to own Figma, because all the styles and designs are there. These positions are on a volunteer basis, employment is very flexible part-time.
