Web designer Required work experience: 1−3 years Part-time, remote work Possible part-time work: 4−6 hour shifts or in the evenings We invite a web designer with high insight and experience in implementing commercial projects to join the media team to work remotely with a flexible schedule. We will work together if you have a lively mind, developed taste, a knack for design tools, and good time management. You will work in a well-coordinated team of progressive experts, where your opinion will be listened to, your wishes will be respected, and assistance will be provided upon request. Project markets - CIS, Europe and the USA. Responsibilities: Analysis of the design of competitors' websites, collection of references of high-quality sites; Development of website design (no coding, only layout in Figma). Requirements: At least 1 year of experience and a portfolio specifically in web design. Excellent knowledge of Figma. A high level of understanding of the principles of UX/UI design. The ability to listen to colleagues/clients and translate their ideas into design: find references, collect mood boards, create layouts based on what was discussed. The desire to constantly develop the projects that we lead, independently propose innovations in them design. Desire to improve in the field of design. Conditions: Completely remote work. Workload ~ 10−20 hours per week (if we work together, we will increase the workload), flexible schedule. Payment will depend on the qualifications of the specialist (~ $ 5 per hour), the rate is discussed after passing the test task.
