Web designer in Personalities

A successful company invites to its team a creative, proactive and persistent Web designer who is full of interesting ideas and dreams of implementing them. Necessary experience and skills: at least 2 years of web design experience; experienced user of Figma, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch; creative thinking, sense of taste, understanding of design trends, ability to find the right images on the stock; experience and ability to create collages, illustrations, infographics; understanding of HTML/CSS; convenience of working in Git-based workflows; knowledge and understanding of user experience and experience in creating simple, intelligent interfaces; the ability to use AI tools (for example, Midjourney) will be an additional advantage; English language proficiency at the Intermediate level and above; the ability to work in a team: responsibility, punctuality, clarity and understanding of the specifics of working in the media; an accompanying portfolio is required. Responsibilities: site design development: creating visually appealing and functional designs for websites taking into account brand style and customer requirements; interface design: developing effective and intuitive interfaces to facilitate user interaction with websites; creating responsive designs that correctly will be displayed on different devices and screen extensions; creation of graphic elements, including logos and banners; redesign and modification of existing websites; close cooperation with other designers, developers, CRO specialists and product managers to achieve common team goals.
