Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar/Clarity, Amplitude, Power BI
• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify trends and draw informed conclusions.
• marketing knowledge: understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing, SEO, PPC and CRO.
• problem-oriented: the ability to identify problems on the site and propose effective solutions.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in web analytics is preferred.
  

Main duties:

• collection, formalization and coordination of requirements with customers;
• requirements analysis (application of various methodologies and notations - prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors);
• control of project implementation and compliance with deadlines;
• documentation development;
• meetings with the project team and with the customer;
• development of conceptual solutions, writing technical specifications;
• creation of reports and dashboards to track the website's key performance indicators (KPI)
• identification of problem areas in the user experience and development of recommendations for their elimination.
