Web Analyst in MixDigital

We are looking for an experienced Web Analyst to join the team.

It is important for us:

• You have 1-2 years of experience in web analytics.
• You are confident in working with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, BigQuery, Power BI, Looker Studio.
• You have basic knowledge of Python (R or JavaScript will be a plus).
• Worked with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery / App Engine / Cloud Functions).
• You have experience working with the API of various advertising and other systems.
• You understand the principles of advertising tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Marketing Platform.
• You are able to create clear, structured and visually attractive reports for clients and the team.
• You are able to conduct various site analyzes (behavioral, conversion, CRO, usability).
• You speak English at a level Intermediate+.
• You are well versed in digital marketing, know the basic laws of classical marketing and advertising.
• You are able to find patterns in data, form and test hypotheses.
• You understand the basics of sales, segmentation, funnels, lead generation and conversion.
• You take responsibility for work, adhere deadlines and can explain complex things in simple words.

It will be great if you (not necessarily):

• You are confident working with Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer.
• You have knowledge in the field of machine learning.

• Creating a goal map and setting up the necessary tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, BigQuery, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Working with customer data to track the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Integration with various connectors and API.
• Monitoring user behavior on customer sites.
• Automating reporting and creating dashboards for customers and internal team.
• Pdevelopment of scripts to optimize processes within the department.
• Monitoring trends in web analytics and implementing new tools and approaches.
• Working with current clients: identifying additional needs, consulting on analytics issues.
• Describing the capabilities and specifics of web analytics so that clients and colleagues can easily understand them.
• Preparation of training materials and conducting internal trainings for the team.
• Participation in conferences, professional events, development of the MixDigital brand.
• Initiating and implementing innovative approaches in the work of the analytical department and the agency.
