The main field of employment of this vacancy will be related to building a complete analytics system. Analysis of the platform, review of tags, but also in general working out the scheme of how analytics should work on the site. Also drawing conclusions, adjusting settings, searching for cause-and-effect relationships and constantly striving to get the maximum effect.

The main tasks include:

• Setting up analytics, building reports
• Analyzing user behavior (Funnel, segmentation, audience)
• Setting up tracking and forming hypotheses
• Development dashboards
• Analysis of banner and listing performance
• Advice/help in campaign analysis
• Definition of the audience of readers (index of engagement with articles)
• Analysis interests of "non-commercial" users
• Cooperation with developers to improve AI predictions. 

It is important for us:

• 2 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of the main marketing channels for attracting traffic and its features;
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Hotjar, (or similar)
• Experience with BI Microsoft Power BI systems, looker studio;
• Experience with various methods of data collection and analysis;
• Experience with BigQuery
• Ability to analyze and build hypotheses.< /li>
