If you have: ✅CMO, Team Lead with strong experience in traffic (team of up to 5 people) 3 years+ ✅English B2 +, Proficiency in the Ukrainian language is a must. ✅creative, result-oriented, not afraid of challenges. Do:⚡️Development and implementation media buying strategies to increase conversion, traffic generation and lead generation.⚡️Assessment, analysis 🧐 of the effectiveness of marketing processes, identification of optimization opportunities and improvement of results.⚡️Management of budgets.⚡️Interaction with contractors.⚡️Coordination of team work.⚡️Monitoring and analysis of market trends. ⚡️Compilation of reports on the performance of campaigns, presentation to management.
