Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening a vacancy ofWarranty Auditor in Kyiv.ResponsibilitiesWarranty Audit:- Checking warranty reporting validity in different ways (our and partner's data bases, evidence documents, listen check calls to customers)- Remote (80%) and onsite (20%) audits of service centers.- Checking partner's requests about doubtful situations before they start repair (SAW requests)- Organize regular check call to end users (prepare data and process results)- Reflect results in WHCS (Warranty Health Check System) - HQ program- Apply penalties to service centers after auditsSupport Product Return process:- Handle end-users, who get compensation directly from Samsung- Direct communication with end-users (calls, mails).- Check and prepare all documents to process compensation.
