- packaging of orders and preparation for shipment (the main process for girls and men), marriage control and compliance of the product description in the computer ( the language on the computer can be set to floor/Russian/Ukrainian/English); Payment - 23 zł/netto per hour (includes additional payment when signing Pit-2 +1 zł/hour); - students under 26 years old - 27.70 zł/netto per hour; - an advance can be taken after of the first week worked, salary payment from the 20th to the 25th of each month for the previous one; - in case of good work, the warehouse manager can charge bonuses from 100 to 1000 zł. In addition to the rate: +1 zł if the employee is at home;+0.50 zł/netto per hour for his journey to work;+0.50 zł/netto for hour when producing 220 hours; Work schedule ▪️ 5 days of workers for 8-10-12 hours in two shifts (at the height of the season there will be shifts of 5-6 days), the schedule is drawn up every Friday for the following week, the first shift from 06:00 to 18:00 II shift from 18:00 to 06:00 ▪️ breaks: 1 - 30 min and 1 - 20 min. The schedule can be as flexible as possible for everyone, it is determined by the company at the end of the week for the following week.
