Main Responsibilities:

- Processing of Tchibo brand products: includes clothing, bedding and home goods. You can learn more about the products on the official Tchibo website;

- Preparation, packaging and labeling of orders: ensuring that all orders meet quality standards and are ready for shipment;

- Using a manual scanner for order picking: collection of goods according to customer orders;

- Storage and unloading of goods: ensuring proper storage and efficient unloading of goods in the warehouse.

Work schedule:

• 1 shift: 06:00 - 14:00;
• 2nd shift: 14:00 - 22:00;
• 3rd shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (night shift starts on Sunday evening).

Basic rate : 153.48 Kč/hour.

The average net salary per month is about 27,000 kroner, but due to additional hours, many workers receive up to ($) *1,300 euros net*.

Premiums and bonuses: up to 3,500 kroner per month, depending on personal productivity and overall work results.

Work allowances: for weekends (10% and 40%), weekdays (25%), night time (10%) and holidays (100%).

Benefits and conditions:

Paid vacation: 25 days per year.

Accommodation: provided free of charge in the city of Heb, accommodation from 2-5 people in a room, couples live separately. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.

Meals: one fully paid hot lunch for each morning and afternoon shift. The cost of lunch for night shifts is compensated in the salary.

Work clothes and shoes : provided free of charge.

Medical examination : free of charge upon hiring.

Transport : the employee independently issues a travel document; the cost of the plastic card (170 crowns) is paid immediately.
