Ensure high-quality provision of services for the administration of the client's warehouse processes using the "SAP" information system, as well as accompanying services for monitoring the compliance of data in the automated system with actual operations on the territory of the warehouse.

Change of product statuses (blocking/unblocking), after receiving information from the client's quality department. Participation in planned and unplanned inventories of the client's products.Sending information/documents at the request of the client to other operators/warehouses of the client about the preparation of certain products for shipment. Posting of imported products (checking the availability of declarations, sending data to employees, etc.).Providing reports to the client regarding the goods in transit at the end of the calendar month according to the client's form.Preparation of SAP documents for shipment. Preparation of reports on shortages and shortages that were detected upon receipt of products and monthly reports on product balances in warehouses that are accounted for using the SAP system. Preparation of accompanying documents for shipment of products to Export - printing Invoices and packing slips from the SAP system, preparation of quality certificates.Maintenance of transport registers for the client. Working on the "Document Online" portal: checking and saving "Applications" for ordering transport for the shipment of products from the client's warehouses. Working with electronic documents: expense invoices, TTN, etc. Control according to the schedule of product loading/unloading.Analysis of the causes of product non-conformity, participation in the investigation, requests to the warehouse to receive video of product unloading/loading.Calls drivers who have to arrive for unloading/loading to clarify the arrival time.Analysis of the causes of product damage and organization of the repackaging process.Your skills and experience strong>
- Higher education.
- Experience in warehouse logistics.
- Ability to work with a large volume of information, accuracy when working with documents.

- Communicative, active, result oriented, ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a team. Organization, attentiveness, focus.
- A confident PC user (SAP, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Internet).
- Knowledge of the English language - intermediate level and above.
