Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Responsibility and ensuring the preservation of Syngent's goods that are in the warehouse Organization of warehouse work, placement of goods in the warehouse, organization of loading and unloading operations Ensuring control and safety of work performed in the warehouse Management and control over the execution of work by subordinate employees of the warehouse (forklift drivers , loaders) Issuance of preliminary and other documents within the limits of the established powers Responsibility for strict accounting of the movement of goods in SAP and other accounting systems (receipts and shipments, returns, write-offs, transfers) Deepening knowledge of labor protection and safety technology of Ukraine (OP and TB) conducting briefings with OP and TB, organizing the process of training at the workplace Providing daily and monthly objective reports on the movement of goods Qualifications Higher education, with 3 years of work experience related to the storage of goods, transport logistics / supply system, personnel management Experience and knowledge of the organization of warehouse workers and managing their effectivenessExperience and knowledge of safe handling, storage and transportation of pesticides and treated seedsFundamentals of customs and transport lawKnowledge of Ukrainian legislation and regulatory acts regulating commercial activityConfident user of a PC, Microsoft Office program package, confident user of gSAP / FEPKnowledge of corporate requirements and instructions for occupational health and safety Driving certificate of category "B" Updated military registration documents (if applicable) Show more Show less Position level Senior secondary level Type of employment Full-time Job responsibilities Supply chain Industries Chemical production
