For our client, a company from the logistics industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of Warehouse Management System Key User.

• Experience in configuring WMS systems or modules, knowledge of the principles of operation of logistics companies or warehouses of manufacturing companies
• Higher education in IT or a student of the last years of studies
• Communicative knowledge of English in verbal and written (training abroad)
• Availability for business trips (training at the company's headquarters in central Poland and abroad)

,[ Key participation in the implementation of the WMS system in the newly established Distribution Center, After implementation, controlling system interfaces, performing analyzes related to logistics issues, Supporting the operational department in the field of the WMS program, Configuration and control of the effectiveness of algorithms optimizing warehouse operation, Implementation and optimization of control reports and efficiency measures, Participation in the optimization of logistics processes in terms of the WMS system and IT tools used, Developing and maintaining the WMS system and implementing WMS and EDI for new customers, Current updating of IT systems and software, monitoring them for faults, Cooperation with hardware and software suppliers, optimization of hardware or software purchases, Transferring all IT matters and ongoing cooperation with the Central IT Department, Preparing the annual IT budget adjusted to operational and business goals, Installation and maintenance of computer equipment (computers, forklift screens, servers, telephony , WMS equipment)]
