The company "Philip Morris Sales and Distribution" invites you to cooperate as a specialist in warehouse logistics. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: Coordination and control of the warehouse of finished products and other goods, ensuring the reception, placement, storage and shipment of products in accordance with current legislation; Coordination of all stages of receiving imports for the supply of GP, tobacco/non-tobacco materials and other goods; Ensuring the sending of local excise stamps to the place of production and receipt of imported GP in the warehouse; Ensuring the receipt and appropriate accounting of excise stamps that are returned from production as a result of damage or any other reasons; Carrying out further actions in SAP for submission and ordering of the GP with excise stamps. Preparation of reports for the institutions and involved departments to ensure a smooth process of import of PE; Verification of the necessary documents for obtaining marks. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE: Higher education: bachelor's, specialist, master's; It is desirable to have 2 years of work experience in the fields of the supply system in an international company; Ukrainian is fluent; English language - from the elementary level; Communication skills with clients; Good working skills with MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point), Outlook; Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage.
