Goal positions: organization, control and optimization of all internal logistics flows in the warehouse with the aim of ensuring smooth, accurate and efficient movement of goods and material values from the moment of their receipt to the moment of shipment. The specialist is responsible for operational management of warehouse operations, coordination of personnel, interaction with adjacent departments.

Main duties:

• Accept into the warehouse, store and issue from the warehouse goods and material values.
• Move material values to storage places manually or with the help of other mechanisms with the decomposition (sorting) of them by types, quality, purpose and other features.
• Engage with the formation of reporting documentation, drawing up reports in accordance with established standards and requirements and comply with deadlines and regularity.
• Organize the storage of materials and products with the aim of preventing their deterioration and losses.
• Maintain order and proper fire prevention and sanitary conditions in the assigned territory.
• Maintenance of directories of the electronic document management system.
• Participate in technical inspections. the state of the equipment, determining its compliance with the requirements of safe work.
• Prompt resolution of non-standard situations in the work of the warehouse.
• Formation of reporting documentation, archive formation.

Additional duties:

• Bparticipate in activities aimed at maintaining the territory of the warehouse complex in proper condition.

General duties:

• Actively work to achieve goals TCHHU.
• To adhere to the principles of the Red Cross Movement and to work in accordance with them.
• To perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education.
• Experience with accounting for commodity values, invoices, warehouse documentation.
• Tidy, attentiveness, responsibility.
• Ability to draw up supporting documents (bill of lading, acts, labels, applications for write-offs, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of security work, safety and fire safety in the warehouse.
• Document management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident user of the standard suite of office programs (Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, databases, Gmail and others.)
• Experience with electronic accounting systems (WMS, 1C, Odoo, BAS, SAP and others) will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of the basics of office management, methods of working with computer and office equipment, information technologies.
• Experience in conducting negotiations and ensuring the process of their documentary support.
• Ability to process large volumes of information and maintain current documentation.
• Knowledge and understanding of logistics processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of warehouse processes.
• Responsibility, attentiveness, honesty.
• Willingness to work in warehouses (if necessary).
• Ability to work independently and in a team, stress resistance, quick adaptation.
• Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
• Ability to accept solutions.
• Ability to build trust.
