Description of the position "Executive Engineer, Project Manager" at the New Tech Construction Company

We are looking for an experienced executive engineer who will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring their timely and high-quality implementation. 

Main Responsibilities:

—Managing projects from start to finish, including monitoring work performance and meeting deadlines; 

— Preparation of reports on the status of the project, including a financial report; 

— Coordination of work between internal and external parties; 

— Interaction with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with the work performed; 

— Control over the quality of the work performed and the use of materials; — Organization of working hours at facilities; 

— Inspection of objects, drawing up of defective acts, applications for materials. 

Necessary skills and requirements:

— Work experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;

— Own team of proven specialists; 

— Higher education in construction specialty; 

— Knowledge of construction industry processes and project management; 

— Ability to manage a team; 

— Ability to plan and organize work; 

— Experience in managing projects from order to delivery; 

— High responsibility and organization; 

— Excellent communication and presentation skills; 

— Experience with MS Office programs; 

- Having your own car.
