Main tasks: Planning, drawing up and following the construction schedule. Calculation of work volumes; accounting of the main and additional volumes of work. Verification of technical and project documentation. Keeping cumulative information on the performance of work. Preparation of executive technical documentation. to control the scope of work. Requirements for the candidate: Higher education in the field of construction. Work experience of 3 years in general contracting. Knowledge of normative and methodical materials on technical preparation of construction production. It is desirable to have a certificate of a design engineer. Knowledge of technology and organization of construction production; methods of identifying and using construction production reserves; the procedure for accepting completed construction objects. Confident PC user: MS Office, ABK (at the user level), AutoCad. Leadership qualities, organizational skills at a high level, responsibility, communication.
