The VPM should have strong technical selling skills, program building strategy and strong marketing and business development skills. The VPM will help build a commercialization infrastructure and organization to drive market adoption of the Vivistim therapy and be largely responsible for patient growth within the US.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the marketing and advertising initiatives using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, DTC, advertising and public relationsLeadership: Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to growth and profitability of the company and the establishment of an effective growth process and infrastructure. Develop collaborative working relationships within the organization in pursuit of the of the company's overall business goalsMarketing: Lead development of the company's marketing strategy with an emphasis on achieving market penetration and sales growth with a particular emphasis on cost-effective customer and patient acquisition and market demand generation. Market Definition and Penetration: Hands-on leadership in developing a detailed model of the care continuum of stroke patients – patient pathways and proportions through a comprehensive array of health services, decision points and drivers. Develop methods and tools to drive patient and HCP awareness at various stages of the referral pathwayKOL Relationship Development: Form clinical KOL relationships to guide communications and publication strategies, peer-to-peer education, healthcare reimbursement and regulatory effortsBusiness Development: Develop a strategy and provide leadership for enterprise-wide business development opportunities. Originate and manage business development opportunities that are consistent with the company's strategy for revenue growthExecution: Develop an operating budget, manage projects within budget while prioritizing needs of the sales team as it relates to commercial growth and patient acquisitionProduct Marketing: Maintain the product lifecycle for Vivistim that includes iteration and new technology development and design inputs from relavant usersThought Leadership: Work with KOL’s in all specialities that interact with Vivistim and are key decision makers across the USMicroTransponder, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
