Focussed on driving collaboration, strong team structure and continuous process improvement;Proven track record of intense negotiation, communication, organizational, and management skills;Proven track record in executing complex transactions with foreign companies;Master’s Degree in Law.You’re a Rockstar If You HaveExperience of transforming and building an inhouse legal function for a global business that is scaling.Becoming Part Of Room 8 Group, You WillLead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matters;Take the lead in identifying and addressing potential legal issues and risks for current activities, operations, and strategic initiatives and manage litigation;Identify solutions with a keen focus on driving the business forward;Lead a develop the group legal team, design and implement a model that supports the business strategy. Continue to drive capability development and high performing culture within the team;Be an active member of the Business Services Leadership team;Manage contract and regulatory compliance;Develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures within the area of responsibility;Develop and lead internal audit and corporate compliance programs;Advise CEO, COO, shareholders and other senior corporate officers on a variety of legal issues;Draft and negotiate complex agreements.
