Charity Lab Foundation invites you to join the volunteer project Charity Hero, which has already united more than 60 volunteers and 20 companies and foundations. We provide non-profit organizations and volunteers with tools and a common platform for charitable purposes. We believe in the power of the union of ideas, efforts and the latest technologies in the implementation of socially important changes. About Charity HeroEach of us who shares good today is a Charity Hero. Charity Hero is everyone: designers, programmers, lawyers, accountants, entire companies and foundations who have united for a common goal — to create a special charity mobile platform. Together, they are building an app that integrates technology into the charity sector, connecting people and projects to create more good and help more effectively. Volunteer Terms: (Volunteering) We join together in our free time to support non-profit organizations, Ukraine and Ukrainians! We will be glad to see you among our team of like-minded people. Development of charity platform Charity Hero for the victory of Ukraine! Necessary skills: Experience of managing development teams of 5 people or more; Experience of working as a Project manager for more than 2 years; Experience of using Scrum/Waterfall; Experience of gathering requirements and finalizing requirements for development; Communication skills (ability to get along ) with all parties involved in the development process;Technical background.Skills:Planning;Working with the development team;Compilation of the backlog;Control of development terms + deadline control;Conducting retrospectives;Requirements gathering;Improving the development process;Increasing the speed of development;Building a business processes and their improvement; Will be a plus: Experience working in partners or arbitration teams; Work with partner platforms.
