We invite to our team a MANAGER(S) OF THE VOLUNTEER COMMUNITY

Functional duties:

• responsibility for the availability of volunteers in all projects of the Foundation, which means constant involvement, adaptation of volunteers, as well as close communication with various departments and directions to obtain information on the required number of people; 
• be an active networker and have a wide circle of communication, be a unifier, motivator and leader;
• development of community strategy - events, system of motivation, encouragement, formation of the brand of volunteers of the Dobrodiyiv Club, control execution of this strategy.

Qualities and experience we expect fromcandidate(s):

• a person with a strong sense of civic responsibility;
• a lifelong activist, perhaps an active volunteer, but someone who wants to become part of our organization and work full-time;
• understand how motivate volunteers, how to attract and involve them, how to interest them.
• a person must be empathetic. We are in favor of comfortable and ecological volunteering, therefore, this person should also be someone who understands people well, in order to support, inspire and, if necessary, even help to leave volunteering in time, if it no longer brings pleasure and for one reason or another has become inappropriate.
• also, it would be very good if such a person understood what a content plan is, how to write communication texts, be consistent, systematic, literate and have experience in communications, copywriting, in order to perform this task well task.
