• Experience in Beach and Indoor Volleyball

• Teach volleyball techniques efficiently

• Ability to motivate and inspire

Nice to have:

• Proven V-coaching experience, especially with teenagers

• Team-play observant to identify and develop her strengths in various roles

• Creativity to design effective engaging training sessions

• Proficiency in different volleyball techniques

• Stretching and muscle relaxation

• Upper-intermediate English

• Tolerance and Patience

• Skilled to drive a car

Responsibilities:

• Develop friendly relationships – being her Buddy Mentor

• Create an individualized training plan to unlock her potential

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise regular volleyball training sessions

• Focus on her performance during mixed team sessions and provide constructive feedback

• Identify and develop her talents in various roles such as Hitter, Setter, or Libero

• Monitor her nutrition, ensuring healthy diet adherence (no cooking required)

• Enhance her volleyball abilities through a customized program

• Collaborate with parents to ensure effective learning

• Evaluate her progress and adjust training as needed

• Conduct strength and stretching sessions
