The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talent. We need a VoIP Project manager who will be responsible for negotiating with providers, implementing new solutions and strategies to improve telephony performance.

→ analyze software providers;

→ implement a system for calculating technical performance indicators of the Center and set up an alerting system for quick response to force majeure situations;

→ search for and involve local providers;

→ select optimal SIM gateways for the center with the aim of improving communication.

We expect from you:

→ work experience in the field of telephony and understanding of the principles of its functioning;

→ excellent negotiation skills.;

→ the ability to quickly adapt to changes and make informed decisions;

→ skills of effective oral and written communication with different types of audiences;

→ the ability to identify problems and find optimal solutions to solve them.

→ experience in successful team management;

→ the level of English is from Intermediate.
