The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents.  We needVoIP Project manager, who will be responsible for conducting negotiations with providers, implementing new solutions and strategies to improve telephony performance.

Your tasks: span>

> build a system for excluding unreliable operators, ensure screening of operators with an unstable Internet connection or equipment in order to improve the work of the call center (CC);

> analyze software providers;

> implement a system for calculating the technical performance indicators of the center and adjust the system alerting for quick response to force majeure situations;

> search for and engage local providers;

> select the optimal SIM gateway for the center in order to improve communication.

From you we expect:

 > work experience in the field of telephony and understanding of the principles of its operation;

 > excellent negotiation skills.;

 > ability to quickly adapt to changes and make informed decisions;

 > effective oral skillsand written communication with different types of audiences;

 > ability to identify problems and find optimal solutions for solving them.
Would be a plus :

> experience in successful team management;

  > the level of English proficiency is from Intermediate.
