Your functions will be:

• Monitoring, performance testing and making changes to telephony based on FreePBX

• Work with telephony and customer accounts

• Preparation of proposals for optimization and improvement of telephony and software performance monitoring systems

• Internal documentation support in an up-to-date state

• If necessary, provide assistance and advice when installing, configuring and updating telephony

• Work with TCM

• Work with FreePBX. Preliminary editing of internal numbers, trunks, routes

• Analyze Asterisk logs, identify the cause of the problem that has arisen

• Monitor stable server operation / delay on trunks and internal numbers

• Document and systematize problems that have arisen

(to optimize the operation of telephony)

• Interaction with other departments to solve the assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Business correspondence skills and strong communication skills

• Understanding of VOIP principles

• Understanding the structure of IT systems and their interaction

• Basic programming skills (at the level of the school curriculum)

• Ability to configure complex software

• Experience with FreePBX

• Understanding the principles of the network stack and the OSI model

• Basic knowledge of working with Linux

• Upper-Intermediate English

• The skill of searching, analyzing and structuring information (exclusion)

• The ability to work in multitasking mode

• Time-management skills

• Work skills with task tracking systems (Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.)
