What you will do:
- Maintain and develop the infrastructure of the call center;
- Communicate with VoIP providers;
- Communicate with the development department;
- Configure iptables, firewall rules;
- Document your work;
- Work with infrastructure monitoring systems;
- Analyze and correct SIP traffic.
It is important and necessary:

2+ years of experience with Linux;From 1 year of experience with pure Asterisk (without FreePBX and other front ends);Knowledge and understanding of protocols: Ethernet , VLAN, ARP, IPv4, UDP, TCP, RTP, DHCP;Knowledge of SIP, RTP/SRTP, STUN, ICE, Websocket, WebRTC;Experience of working in the console, system utilities and services, software assemblies from source codes;Knowledge and ability to collect and analyze SIP/RTP dumps;Experience with Postgresql at the query level, knowledge of the replication system; >
Basic knowledge of Tomcat application server operation;Knowledge of nginx web server;Ability to document your work;English language at a below average level ( A2) for communicating with providers, reading technical documentation.
It will be an advantage:
- Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript.
