SupportYourApp is looking for a motivated VoIP Engineer who wants to apply his knowledge in the field of communication and gain work experience in an international IT company.

What you will do:

• Support and develop the infrastructure of the call center;
• Communicate with VoIP providers;
• Communicate with the development department;
• Configure iptables, firewall rules;
• Document your work;
• Work with infrastructure monitoring systems;
• Analyze and debug SIP traffic.
  

Important and required:

• 2+ years of Linux experience;
• From 1 year of experience with pure Asterisk (without FreePBX and other front-ends);
• Knowledge and understanding of protocols: Ethernet, VLAN, ARP, IPv4, UDP, TCP, RTP, DHCP;
• Knowledge of SIP, RTP/SRTP, STUN, ICE, Websocket, WebRTC;
• Experience of working in the console, system utilities and services, building software from source codes;
• Knowledge and ability to collect and analyze SIP/RTP dumps;
• Experience with Postgresql at the request level, knowledge of the replication system;
• Basic knowledge of Tomcat application server;
• Knowledge of nginx web server;
• Ability to document your work;
• English language at a level below average (A2) for communication with providers, reading technical documentation.
  

Will be an advantage:

• Basic knowledge of Java, JavaScript.
