The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We need a VoIp Administrator with IP telephony experience who will ensure the smooth operation of our call centers. Your tasks: communicate with local providers; configure, support and modernize corporate IP telephony; support the proxy server with the logic of dynamic selection of the provider of the telephone number meter; adjust the calculation of the main performance indicators of the center and ensure the sending of alerts on abnormal situations; find local providers for calling customers (including through Whatsapp); actively respond to studies and follow the emergence of new tasks. We expect from you: work experience in a similar position from 1 year; experience working with Linux (understanding of the network stack of utilities, IP telephony protocols); experience with Asterisk; logical thinking and readiness to solve complex issues; responsibility, ownership mindset over one's processes; proactivity, the desire to develop and learn; experience with any open source RDBMS (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL or others) will be a plus.
