Responsibilities:

1. Administration and support of corporate voice systems (VoIP, SIP, PBX, Asterisk, etc.).
2. Monitoring and optimization of the quality of voice services (QoS, latency, jitter).
3. Call routing settings.
4. Administration of the server infrastructure of telephony and reporting.
5. Integration of voice infrastructure with other corporate services.
6. User and number management, provision security of voice communications.
7. Processing of incidents, troubleshooting (analysis of logs, SIP traces, CDR).
8. Development of auxiliary scripts and automation utilities (in Python, PHP, AGI).
9. Development of documentation and participation in voice infrastructure modernization projects.

How we see our colleague:

• Experience in administration of one or more platforms: Asterisk, FreePBX, understanding of WebRTC.
• Knowledge of SIP, RTP, QoS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
• Understanding of routing principles and NAT in context VoIP.
• Voice traffic diagnosis and analysis skills (Wireshark, RTMT, Syslog).
• Linux and Windows Server administration skills.
• Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization experience
• Skills in writing and reading configuration scripts (bash, PowerShell - a plus, AGI).
• MySQL and MSSQL administration skills, ability to compose and optimize SQL queries
• Development experience in PHP, Python.
