The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We need a VoIP Administrator with knowledge of IP telephony to ensure the smooth operation of our call centers. Your tasks: communicate with local providers; set up, support and modernize corporate IP telephony; support a proxy server with the logic of dynamically choosing a provider and phone number; set up the calculation of the main indicators of the work center and ensure sending alerts for abnormal situations; find local providers to call customers (including via Whatsapp); actively respond in chats and monitor the appearance of new tasks. We expect from you: experience of working in a similar position for at least 1 year; experience of working with Linux (understanding network stack and utilities, IP telephony protocols); experience with Asterisk; logical thinking and readiness to solve complex issues; responsibility, ownership mindset over one's processes; proactivity, desire to develop and learn; experience with any open source RDBMS (MySQL , MariaDB, PostgreSQL or others) - will be a plus.
