VoIp Administrator in REDI

The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We need a VoIp Administrator with IP telephony experience who will ensure the smooth operation of our call centers. Your tasks: communicate with local providers; set up, support and modernize corporate IP telephony; support the proxy server with the logic of dynamic selection of the phone number provider; set up the calculation of the main indicators of the operation center and ensure the sending of alerts in abnormal situations; find local providers for calling customers (including via Whatsapp); actively respond to inquiries and follow up on the arrival of new ones tasks. We expect from you: experience of working in a similar position from 1 year; experience of working with Linux (understanding of the network stack of utilities, IP telephony protocols); experience of working with Asterisk; logical thinking and readiness to solve complex issues; responsibility, ownership mindset over your processes; proactivity, desire develop and mingle; experience with any open source RDBMS (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL or others) will be a plus.
