Virtual Product Specialist in Allergan Ukrayina, TOV

The Virtual Product Specialist (VPS) works in the Medical Aesthetic Department. Position purpose - provision of information to healthcare community concerning respective medicinal products.  

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Implement a sales plan for the region 

• Reporting in the CRM system on time and in comprehensive manner 

• Implementation of the educational program in the entrusted territory 

• Providing prompt and high-quality service of incoming calls from the customers 

• Advising clients on the products by phone 

• Organizing and conducting webinars and trainings for the clients  

• Collecting and analyzing feedback from the clients after the provision of distance education services 

• Entering and controlling the customer database 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical education is an advantage)  

• At least 2 years of experience in sales 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Experience with CRM systems 

• Experience in the field of education/training, including organizing events, preparing and conducting seminars and webinars 

• English at A1-A2 level
